"Pretty close to the real Cookies"
Tastes and feels about as close to the real Cookies as I could hope for. Nothing seemed off or weird to me, just a solid experience overall.

"Decent selection, but I’m not fully sold"
I checked out the strain selection on Cookies Clothing and it’s alright, but nothing that really wowed me. I did find a couple I’d probably try, but a few of the ones I was interested in were already sold out. It also made me wonder a bit about how often they’re updating things or keeping the quality consistent. Overall, it’s usable and not bad, but I’d like to see more variety before I’d feel really confident ordering regularly.

I ordered from Cookies Clothing i was kinda disappointed. The cookies looked good when they showed up, but they didn’t taste all that fresh, like they’d been sitting around for a bit. They weren’t terrible or nothing, but for the price I definitely expected better. I probably won’t order again.

"Checkout was a little annoying"
I tried placing an order on cookiessf.com and the payment part was kind of a hassle. My card didn’t go through the first time, so I had to put everything in again and wait around for a bit. It did work eventually, and I got the confirmation email, so it wasn’t a total disaster or anything. Just one of those checkout experiences that could definitely be smoother.

I ordered from cookiessf and it was a decent experience overall. The products seemed good and everything with checkout and shipping went smoothly, so no real complaints there. I just felt like the prices were a bit high for what you get. I wish they had better value or more deals going on. Its not bad, but it probably wouldnt be somewhere Id order from all the time

"Smelled Better Than They Tasted"
When I first got the cookies, they had that warm, fresh-baked smell that made me think they were going to be really good. But for me, the flavor ended up being kind of flat and a little too sweet. They weren’t awful or anything, just not quite my thing, and I probably wouldn’t order them again.

"Good, Just Not Always Consistent"
I do like Cookies SF, and some of their stuff is genuinely really good. Maybe it’s just me, but the consistency feels a little hit or miss sometimes. One order will be fresh and exactly what I was hoping for, and then the next time it feels a bit different or not quite as strong. It’s not bad overall, I just wish it was a little more reliable from order to order.

As someone who likes to get in and out quickly, I appreciated that I found what I needed without much trouble. It was easy enough to use, just a bit slower than I would’ve liked.

"Stronger Than I Expected"
This hit way harder than I thought it would, and it kept going for a good while. I was just chilling at first, thinking it was normal, and then boom, okay, never mind, this is serious. Definitely not something I’d rush into again without being ready for it...

I can usually find the cookies I’m looking for on cookiessf. There were maybe a couple flavors sold out one time, but it wasn’t a huge deal since they seemed to restock fairly quickly. Overall, the availability has been decent in my experience...

I wasn’t really expecting much at first and mostly just tried it out because I was already comparing a few options. The process ended up being simple enough, and after poking around a bit, I realized it actually helped me spend less than I would have otherwise. So yeah, worked out better than I thought.

"Helpful staff, but of course I got stuck in a slow line"
I went in not really knowing what I wanted, and thankfully the staff took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. They seemed to really know the products and didn’t make me feel rushed, which I appreciated because I always feel like I’m the one holding everyone up. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the line moved slowly, and naturally I showed up at the worst possible time. Overall, good experience though...

"Refund was painless"
I had to send my order back because I accidentally picked the wrong item. I’m a little fuzzy on the timing, I think support got back to me the same day or maybe the next morning, but either way it was quick enough. The refund showed up a few days later, or sometime later that week, I can’t totally remember. No big hassle at all, which I appreciated. I’d order from them again.

"Ordering Felt Like Way Too Much Work"
Ordering was more frustrating than it needed to be. There were too many steps, then checkout froze on me twice, so I had to keep going back through everything. My delivery also showed up a day late. The cookies themselves were fine, but customer support took a while to get back to me. Not sure I’d go through the hassle again

"Quick pickup and tasty cookies"
Pickup was super quick, which I really appreciated because I was already running around doing errands and somehow still forgot half the stuff I needed. The cookies were good too—fresh enough, nice flavor, and easy to snack on. i only meant to grab a couple, but you know how that goes when there are cookies sitting there.

The place felt cramped and kind of cold, so it didn’t really have that relaxed store vibe I was hoping for. I also had to chase them up about a complaint, which made the whole experience feel even more frustrating.

"Support never really helped"
I kept reaching out to support and it felt like they were just dodging the issue. Every time I thought we were getting somewhere, it turned into another vague reply or wait-and-see thing. In the end, nothing actually got fixed, so... yeah, frustrating.

"A Little Let Down by the Mix-Up"
I ordered chocolate chip and was excited for it, so when oatmeal showed up instead, I was kind of disappointed. I mean, oatmeal is fine, I guess, but it’s definitely not what I was craving. At first I was annoyed, then I tried to laugh it off, but yeah, still frustrating when you’re expecting one thing and get something totally different.
