"Skip cookies on melrose rip-off from employees"
So yesterday Saturday 12/10/2022 I drove 2 hrs to visit the cookies store on melrose I was so excited and my trip there was long awaited only to have the worst experience and wished I would have stuck to my home town’s dispensaries.Well right when walking in there I told the guy I had never been there it was my first time and I’m not from there so I didn’t know what I was doing so he offered to help well I ended up getting a $58 dollar 8th wich ended up being $80 at the end because according to them it’s taxes I didn’t argue or say anything but make it make sense that according to him the taxes were 25%

"That store on Melrose is awful"
That store on Melrose is awful. They don’t honor their policies. The dudes running the store lazy and so unprofessional. Definitely not impressed.

"Ups and Downs"
I ordered from the site and was sent an email stating my order had been processed and sent to the post office. The USPS reflected that they had generated a tracking number. A week passed with no update on shipping. I emailed Cookies to see what the issue was and was informed that an item was out of stock. This was after they had generated a shipping label for the order.
I got another response several days later informing me that I could either pick another item or get a refund. I emailed back telling them I’d like to order a more expensive item and I’d be happy to pay the difference. They were gracious enough to cover the additional cost!
I’ve always had a pleasant experience ordering from Cookies SF. My only complaint is that they never seem to be able to keep a full inventory. Other than that, I love the brand.
